At the end of the bill add the following new section: \ SEC. 205. SENSE OF THE CONGRESS ON PURCHASE OF AMERICAN-MADE GOODS. \ It is the sense of the Congress that the Society, in constructing and operating the museum, purchase American-made goods to the greatest degree practicable.
