- An amendment no. 31 and printed in Part A of H.Rept. 106-186 to protect children from explciit sexual or violent material, requre a study of the effects of entertainment on children, permits the entertainment industry to set guidelines to protect children from harmful material; and establishes the national youth crime prevention demonstration project.
