Add at the end the following new section: \ SEC. . NATIONAL POOLING OF CLASS I RECEIPTS UNDER FEDERAL MILK MARKETING ORDERS. \ Notwithstanding the terms of Federal milk marketing orders issued under section 8c of the Agricultural Adjustment Act (7 U.S.C. 608c), reenacted with amendments by the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, the Secretary of Agriculture shall provide for the national pooling of receipts from fluid or Class I milk.
