At the end of the bill insert after the last section (preceding the short title) the following new section: \ SEC.--. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to procure a munition of a type referred to as a "cluster bomb" (also known as "combined effects munitions", "CBU munitions", "sensor-fused weapons", "area-impact munitions", "anti-personnel bomblets", "anti-material bomblets", and "anti-armor bomblets").
