- An amendment to prohibit use of funds for the Office of Research and Special Programs of the DOT until the operator of the 16-inch oil pipeline running from Allen, WA to Renton, WA has completed hydrostatic testing of the entire pipeline at 125% maximum operational pressure and has reported on same to the Secretary.
