- An amendment to eliminate $3,000,000 in land acquisition funds in the Bureau of Land Management for the Upper Missouri National Wild and Scenic River in Montana and to provide $2,000,000 for the Lower Snake/South Fork Snake River in Idaho and $1,000,000 for the West Eugene Wetlands project in Oregon.
