- Purpose
- An amendment numbered 30 printed in the Congressional Record to provide $40 million ($10 million to each program) to the PILT, the Land and Water Conservation Fund, State-side Grant Program, and National Forest and Park Service maintenance accounts while eliminating $126.5 million for the Partnership for a New Generation of Vehicles program and thus their portion of the DoE's buddget $40 million. The remaining $86.5 million will be transferred to the general fund of the Treasury.
