- To add $30,000,000 for the Navy for the procurement of Gun Mount modifications; and to offset the increase by reducing by $30,000,000 the amount authorized to be appropriated for the Navy for procurement for aircraft ($13,100,000 from the amount for the block modification upgrade program for P-3 aircraft, $9,000,000 from the amount for the H-1 series to reclaim and convert aircraft from the aerospace maintenance and regeneration center, and $7,9000,000 from the amount for procurement of SH-60R aircraft).
