- Purpose
- To provide that in addition to other compensation paid by the Secretary of Agriculture, the Secretary shall compensate, or otherwise seek to make whole, from funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, not to exceed $4,000,000, the owners of all sheep destroyed from flocks under the Secretary's declarations of July 14, 2000 for lost income, or other business interruption losses, due to actions of the Secretary with respect to such sheep.
