At the end of the bill, before the short title, insert the following new section: ? SEC. 503. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to review the application for the Broadwater Energy proposal, dockets CP06-54-000, CP06-55-000, and CP06-56-000.
