- Purpose
- To provide that notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of Agriculture shall make a payment in the amount of $7,200,000 to the State of Hawaii from the Commodity Credit Corporation for assistance to an agricultural transportation cooperative in Hawaii, the members of which are eligible to participate in the Farm Service Agency administered Commodity Loan Program and have suffered extraordinary market losses due to unprecedented low prices.
