- An amendment to provide up to $5,4000,000 for use in a demonstration program to be carried out by the Secretary of Agriculture to determine the timeliness, quality, suitability, efficiency, and cost of utilizing modular housing to re-house low-income elderly families who have lost their homes due to a major disaster or because they are unable to repay a direct housing loan.
