- Amendment requires Federal agencies to comply with the requirements in public law and an Executive Order that deal with instituting energy efficiency improvements in Federal buildings.
- Purpose
- An amendment to prohibit any of the funds made available in the Act from being used in contravention of the Federal buildings performance and reporting requirements of Executive Order 13123, part 3 of title V of the National Energy Conservation Policy Act of 2005 (including the amendments made thereby).
