- An amendment to redirect $1 million in section 753 to the Center for Veterinarty Medicine for application review activities to assure the safety of animal drugs with respect to antimicrobial resistance, pursuant to section 512 of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, in addition to all other allocations for such purpose made from such total amount.
