- Purpose
- To provide that, of the amounts provided, $6,000,000 shall be made available to Pacific Coastal tribes (as defined by the Secretary of Commerce) through the Department of Commerce, which shall allocate the funds to tribes in California and Oregon, and to tribes in Washington after consultation with the Washington State Salmon Recovery Funding Board.
