- Purpose
- To provide that the proportion of funds appropriated under Development Assistance that are made available for biodiversity activities should be at least be same as the proportion of funds that were made available for such activities from funds appropriated by the Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 1995 (P.L. 103-306) to carry out sections 103 through 106 and chapter 10 of part I of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961.
