- Purpose
- To provide for the cost of direct loans and loan guarantees, up to $7,500,000 to be derived by transfer from funds appropriated by this Act to carry out Part I of the Foreign Assistant Act of 1961, as amended, and funds appropriated by this Act under the heading, "Assistance for Eastern Europe and the Baltic State", to remain available until expended, as authorized by section 635 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961.
