At the end of subtitle C of title III (page 70, after line 16), add the following new section: ? SEC. 324. REPORT ON CH-47 HELICOPTER RESET. ? Not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Army shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report that outlines the plan of the Army to reset all CH-47 aircraft in the active and reserve components. The Secretary shall include in the report a description of the plan, the timeline, and the costs for the reset of those aircraft.
