In section 312, insert after subsection (d) (page 63, after line 9) the following new subsection (e) (and redesignate existing subsection (e) as subsection (f)): ? (e) EPIDEMIOLOGICAL STUDY ON HUMAN POPULATIONS.--The Secretary shall conduct an epidemiological study on human populations in the vicinity of military munitions disposal sites within covered United States ocean waters for the purpose of determining whether people have been affected by the presence of military munitions in these waters. The Secretary shall include the results of the study in the report referred to in subsection (a)(4).
