At the end of the bill add the following new section: \ None of the funds made available under this Act may be used to develop and enforce the standard for the flammability of children's sleepware sizes 0 through 6X (contained in regulations published at 16 CFR part 1615) and sizes 7 through 14 (contained in regulations published at 16 CFR part 1616) as the standard was amended effective January 1, 1997.
