- An amendment to delete the provisions in the bill prohibiting the imposition of court imposed remedies which would result in the loss or depreciation of property values of affected taxpayers. The amendment would specify that any imposed increases in property taxes must not contribute to or exacerbate the deprivation intended to be remedied.
