At the end of the bill, insert after the last section (preceding the short title) the following new section: \ SEC. 739. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used by the Food and Drug Administration for the testing, development, or approval (including approval of production, manufacturing, or distribution) of any drug for the chemical inducement of abortion.
