At the end of title XII (page 253, after line 3), insert the following new section: \ SEC. 1206. PROHIBITION ON EXPORTS OF MISSILE EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY TO CHINA. \ No missile equipment or technology (as defined in section 74 of the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2797c)) may be exported to the People's Republic of China.
