- Amendment requires credit card companies which obtain payments from debtors who owe past due child support to pay custodial parents if they surface at a later date.

- An amendment numbered 6 as printed in House Report 105-573 to require that credit card companies which receive payments from cardholders who are parents delinquent in child support obligations must hold those payments in trust and distribute them to parents and children entitled to receive the money according to the priority of such claims assigned under the bill.
