- Purpose
- An amendment to extend the Judiciary Information Technology fund, allow the judiciary to retain any additional offsetting receipts derived from increases in miscellaneous fees charged in Federal courts, enhance membership in Circuit Judicial Councils, sunset the Civil Justice Expense Plan, and created certifying officers in the Judicial Branch.
