- Purpose
- An amendment, printed as amendment No. 1 in House Rpt. 105-463, to clarify that a "bona fide" job applicant shall be fully protected by the provisions of the National Labor Relations Act, including the right to self-organize, to to bargain collectively through chosen representation, and to engage in other concerted activities for the purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual aid or protection.
