At the end of the bill, insert after the last section (preceding the short title), the following new section: \ SEC. 572. None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act under the heading "NONPROLIFERATION, ANTI-TERRORISM, DEMINING AND RELATED PROGRAMS" that are made available for the International Atomic Energy Agency shall be made available for programs and projects of such Agency in Cuba.
