At the end of the bill, insert after the last section (preceding the short title) the following new section: \ SEC. 572. The amounts otherwise provided by this Act are revised by reducing the amount made available for "ECONOMIC SUPPORT FUND", and increasing the amount made available for "CONTRIBUTION TO THE AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT FUND" (as authorized by Section 526(c) Public Law 103-306; 108 Stat. 1632), by $25,000,000.
