- An amendment consisting of several amendments to recommend that the Secretary of State not issue any visa to and the Attorney General to not admit into the U.S. any official of the People's Republic of China believed to be involved in the proliferation of advanced conventional weapons, or other advanced technologies. The Amendment would also express a Sense of Congress that the President should demand that the government of Russia take steps to stop the governmental and non-governmental transfer of missile technology to Iran.
