- Amendment requires that foreign owned corporations or individuals that hold grazing permits pay the higher of either the State grazing fee or the fee charged for grazing on private land.
- Purpose
- An amendment to modify the grazing fee formulas for permits held or controlled by a foreign corporation or individual. The amendment would require foreign permit-holders to pay a rate equal either to (1) the average grazing fee charged by the state on state-owned lands, or (2) the average private grazing fee in the state where the federal lands are located, whichever is higher.
