Amendment strikes section 103 dealing with a prohibited condition regarding grazing permits and leases; revises the types and use of data collected to include use of previously collected data, and application of criteria and protocols; and strikes language dealing with the treatment of lease or sublease of base property. \ As amended by the Stenholm amendment (A002), language was added that deletes definitions of allotment and base property, and strikes language dealing with the treatment of lease or sublease of base property.
