- Amendment requires that programs funded by the Legal Services Corporation disclose certain information about litigation in which LSC funding recipients are involved.
- Purpose
- An amendment, printed as amendment No. 3 in part 2 of H. Rept. 105-264 to require that programs funded by the Legal Services Corporation disclose basic information about litigation in which LSC funding recipients are involved. The required information would include the names and addresses of the persons involved in the lawsuit, the nature of the lawsuit, the location where the suit is filed, and the case number of the suit. LSC grantees would be required to file the disclosure reports with LSC on a quarterly basis.
