At the end of the bill, insert after the last section (preceding the short title) the following new section: \ PROHIBITION OF FUNDS FOR SCHOOL OF THE AMERICAS \ SEC. 572. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, none of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act may be used for programs at the United States Army School of the Americas located at Fort Benning, Georgia.
