An amendment, printed the House Report 105-184, to suspend assistance to the Palestine Liberation Organization authority for a period of 90 days. Assistance could resume after 90 days only after the President submits a report to Congress certifying that the PLO has undertaken specific and positive actions on a variety of issues, including apprehension of terrorists and recinding the imposition of the death penalty for the sale of land to Jew.
