At the end of the bill, insert after the last section (preceding the short title) the following new section: \ UNITED STATES MAN AND THE BIOSPHERE PROGRAM LIMITATION \ SEC. 8079. None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act may be made available for the United States Man and the Biosphere Program, or related projects.
