At the end of the bill, insert after the last section (preceding the short title) the following new section: \ LIMITATION ON ASSISTANCE IN INDIA \ SEC. 572. Not more than $41,775,000 of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available in this Act under the heading "Development Assistance" may be made available for assistance in India.
