- An amendment expressing the sense of Congress with that the government of the Ukraine should be commended for their decision to relinquish the nuclear weakpons in its possession after the demise of the Soviet Union, for declining to participate in construction of nuclear reactors in Iran, and taking a positive and cooperative position with regard to the admission into NATO
