- Purpose
- An amendment to make a number of modifications to the vocational rehabilitation provisions of the bill, including permitting local rehabilitation programs to promote self-employment programs, requiring federal agencies to establish proceedures to comply with electronic and information technology guidelines, providing clients with greater choice of services, and promoting efforts to recruit and train vocational rehabilitation professionals.
