Page 20, insert after line 18 the following: \ SEC. 213. ENHANCEMENT OF SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS PROGRAMS. \ It is the sense of the Congress that the Director shall, to the greatest extent practicable and using existing authority, donate surplus computers and other research equipment to elementary and secondary education schools to enhance their science and mathematics programs. The Director shall report annually to the appropriate Committees of Congress on the Director's activity under this section.
