Purpose
An amendment offered en bloc consisting of the text of amendment Nos. 1 and 2 in House Rept. 105-31, to require that an employee have worked at least 1000 hours during a period of continuous employment with the employer within the last year before the employee may agree to compensatory time or receive compensatory time, and to reduce maximum hours of compensatroy time that may be accrued by an individual employee from 240 to 160 hours.
