- An amendment numbered 4 printed in Part B of House Report 109-441 to amend Sec. 502 to add a voluntary ethics training program for Members within 100 days of being sworn in to Congress. The amendment requires the status of Members completing and not completing the course within the time frame to be posted on the website for the House Committee on Standards of Official Conduct and in the Congressional Record.
