Page 35, after line 22, insert the following new section: \ SEC. 310. Any amount appropriated in this Act for "HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES--Salaries and Expenses--Members' Representational Allowances" shall be available only for fiscal year 1997. Any amount remaining after all payments are made under such allowances for such fiscal year shall be deposited in the Treasury, to be used for deficit reduction.
