At the end of the bill, insert after the last section (preceding the short title) the following new section: \ SEC. . The amount provided in this Act for "Equal Employment Opportunity Commission--Salaries and Expenses" is increased by $1,000,000. The amount provided for Small Business Administration, Disaster Loan Program Account for administrative expenses is reduced by $8,000,000.
