- Amendment requires able-bodied food stamp recipients between the ages of 18 and 50 with no dependents to work at least 20 hours a week or lose eligibility.
- Purpose
- An amendment to limit to three months the lifetime food stamp eligibility for single, able-bodied people between the ages of 18 and 50 who have no dependents and who fail to work at least 20 hours a week or enter into a state-certified job training program.
