At the end of the bill, insert after the last section (preceding the short title) the following new section: \ SEC. . None of the funds made available in this Act for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration may be used to carry out, or pay the salaries of personnel who carry out, the Bion 11 and Bion 12 projects.
