Purpose
An amendment, printed as amendment No. 7 in the Congressional Record of June 18, 1996 to increase funds appropriated in the bill to fund the BLM land acquisition account by $4.75 million; National Park Service land acquisition and state assistance by $57.8 million and $2.2 million for the Elwha and Glines dames; and the Department of Agriculture/Forest Service land acquisition account by $35.5 million.
