- Amendment deleted language which prevented the Department of Agriculture from sending to third parties questions that had been submitted to the Department as part of the appropriations hearing process.
- Purpose
- An amendment to strike section 727 from the bill. Section 727 provides that none of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available to the Deprtment of Agriculture shall be used to transmit or otherwise make available to any non-Department of Agriculture employee questions or responses to questions that are a result of information requested for the appropriations hearing process.
