- An amendment, printed as amendment No. 15 in the Congressional Record of June 19, 1996, to reduce funds appropriated in the bill for administrative and non-administrative expenses of the Department of Housing and Urban development by $42 million and to increase funds appropriated for the Leaking Underground Storage Tank Trust Fund by $20 million. The remaining $22 million reduction of funds would go toward deficit reduction.
