- Purpose
- An amendment, consisting of the text of two amendments printed in House Rept. 104-500 to make modifications to the federal regulatory system, and to amend provisions in the bill which increase the Social Security limitation on earnings. The amendment would reduce the graduated increase on earnings for the years 1996-2000.
