Amendment, as amended by the Goodling amendment (A008), requires States to include in their workforce development and literacy plan a description of how the State will serve single parents, displaced homemakers, and single pregnant women and programs that promote the elimination of sex bias, and provides that nothing should be construed to mandate an amount to be set aside for those purposes.
